Each project owns its own Agent Pack v2. Select a project to load its negotiator, choose its AI provider, or control team access.
Start a new collections agent
Agent Pack v2Agent Studio creates the project and opens a canonical Agent Pack starter that your team can author, test, and publish.
Collections agent starter
Includes an editable resolution plan, authored business intents, account stages, a payment hierarchy, optional escalation routing, and starter test messages.
